Christian Arce is the VP of Commercial lending at National Private Lending Commercial. As Director, he is responsible for building relationships and structuring non-owner occupied residential real estate loans with investors across the U.S. that meet NPLC’s lending guidelines. Christian is a wealth of Knowledge and experience. His experience in structuring transactions comes from being an investor and developer of real estate transactions for the past 12 years and being in the lending industry for the past 22 years.

As part of the National Private Lending family of companies, Christian can provide Real estate Lines of Credit, Fix & Flip Loans, Bridge Loans, New Construction Loans, and Single/Portfolio Rental loans to residential real estate investors across the country, helping our clients overcome traditional financing hurdles and build long-term wealth through real estate investment.
